Masala Fry Bhindi

Ingredients:
- 250g bhindi, sliced into 1-inch pieces.
- 2 tsp oil & 1-inch ginger.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Jeera.
- 1 chopped onion & 3-4 green chillies.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric & Coriander Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Tasty Magic Masala.
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add Swaaditi Jeera & chopped onions, ginger, and green chillies.
- Add sliced bhindi, Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander and Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder and salt. Mix it well & cook for 15 mins.
- Sprinkle Swaaditi Tasty Magic Masala and mix it properly.
- Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Enjoy your Masala Fry Bhindi with roti or rice.
