Masala Fry Bhindi

Ingredients:


  • 250g bhindi, sliced into 1-inch pieces.
  • 2 tsp oil & 1-inch ginger.
  • 1 tsp Swaaditi Jeera.
  • 1 chopped onion & 3-4 green chillies.
  • 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric & Coriander Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
  • 2 tsp Swaaditi Tasty Magic Masala.
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add Swaaditi Jeera & chopped onions, ginger, and green chillies.
  2. Add sliced bhindi, Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander and Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder and salt. Mix it well & cook for 15 mins.
  3. Sprinkle Swaaditi Tasty Magic Masala and mix it properly.
  4. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  5. Enjoy your Masala Fry Bhindi with roti or rice.
