Malai Kofta Sabji

Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes & paneer.
- 2 tsp corn flour & required oil for frying.
- 1 large onion & 2 tomatoes chopped.
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts &1/2 cup fresh cream.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 1 tsp Swaaditi Jeera, Turmeric & Coriander.
- 2 tsp Swaaditi Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Swaaditi Shahi Garam Masala.
Instructions:
- To make the koftas, mix mashed potatoes & paneer, corn flour, salt in a bowl. Shape into small balls or oval dumplings.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the koftas until they turn golden brown.
- To make the gravy, heat oil in a separate pan and add Swaaditi Jeera.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Stir in Swaaditi Ginger Garlic Paste, add tomato puree, 1 tsp Swaaditi Turmeric, Coriander & Spicy-Laal Chilli Powder, Swaaditi Shahi Garam Masala & salt.
- Add cashew nut paste and fresh cream. Gently add the fried koftas to the gravy and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
